Mila’s story and vision began when Charlotte Khoza and Annemarie Mostert identified the inequality prevelant in the cleaning industry as well as the lack of stability and growth for the many workers. On the 1st of April 2012 they embarked on a journey with determination to right the disparities and to change the foundation on which the soft services industry operates. They run Mila Services with this same passion and purpose to disrupt, create change and empower the working poor.
As a Level 1 Black-owned organisation, we make it our business to empower people through job creation, training and entrepreneurship development with the sole aim of disrupting the market. We want to challenge the status-quo, we want to forge new paths and make new friends.

Founders Charlotte Khoza and Annemarie Mostert shared a passion and vision to disrupt the cleaning industry. It was that shared vision that lead to Mila Cleaning Services. Since 2012 they have endeavored to grow leaders and identify potential entrepreneurs along with their dedicated team.

Corporate Social Investment
The Sesego Foundation, our flagship project, remains dedicated to changing lives through sustainable development efforts. We are proud of our enduring Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Basic Education.
Discussions are currently underway to expand the reach of the My Body is My Body programme in South Africa, with a particular focus on rural areas. The programme will provide learning materials in a diverse range of 26 languages, ensuring widespread accessibility and impact.
