Mila’s story and vision began when Charlotte Khosa and Annemarie Mostert identified the inequality prevelant in the cleaning industry as well as the lack of stability and growth for the many workers. In 2012 they embarked on a journey with determination to right the disparities and to change the foundation on which the soft services industry operates. They run Mila Services with this same passion and purpose to disrupt, create change and empower the working poor.
